By accessing or using AiMyGuru ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

AiMyGuru is an AI education platform owned and operated by Xion Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., an AI venture builder and holding company based in Bengaluru, India. The platform provides bite-sized AI lessons, quizzes, leaderboards, and completion certificates across 25 AI topics.

AiMyGuru is an educational platform providing AI learning content. All content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

AI Disclaimer: AiMyGuru teaches AI concepts and fundamentals. The platform does not provide professional AI consulting or engineering services. Always consult qualified professionals for specialised advice.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Accounts found to be duplicated may be suspended.

You agree not to: share quiz answers to gain unfair scores; attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or XP system; reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform content; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to access other users' data. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Your first quiz attempt on each topic is free. Additional retakes require a small fee (₹49 / ~$1 per retake). Payments are non-refundable once a retake attempt has been initiated. All payments are processed securely. For billing queries, contact us at contact@xiondynamics.com.

Certificates of Completion are issued upon successfully completing all 25 published topics. AiMyGuru certificates represent completion of our proprietary educational program. They are not equivalent to accredited academic qualifications or professional certifications. Certificate IDs are unique and verifiable on the platform.

All content on AiMyGuru — lessons, quiz questions, UI designs, branding, and code — is owned by Xion Dynamics Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. The "AiMyGuru" name and logo are trademarks of Xion Dynamics Pvt. Ltd.

Xion Dynamics operates other products (NauMah, Frameworks101, ChronoIndy, InkMuseAI, PromoJin, and others). These are separate products with their own terms. Links to these products are provided for convenience only.

AiMyGuru and Xion Dynamics Pvt. Ltd. provide the platform and content as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on content learned on this platform, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
